John Petersen,MBA,CMA,PMP-Chief Executive Officer - Currently the President and CEO. John has an extensive background in Finance, Sales and Financial Systems with a number of high technology companies in Silicon Valley. He has over 8 years of internal software development experience. This experience also includes developing Sale Commission, Co-op Marketing and Point Of Sale (POS) databases

He is a graduate of Santa Clara Univeristy (BS) and California State University, Hayward (MBA). In addition he was a previous member of the American Management Association and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Val Orlov -Chief Technical Officer - Val was a director working at a small start-up company in Silicon Valley. He has spent 9 Years in the computer industry working for companies such as Vantive, Intuit and Ashton-Tate. He specializes in developing front end user-interfaces for Microsoft Windows applications. He recieved at B.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and has taken numerous work sponsored classes on computer software design and development.

Dr. Demtri Serov -Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing - Demtri has over 15 years of experience managing international sales and marketing teams for companies in the e-commerce and enterprise software space. Formerly an executive at Inktomi, he helped conceive and drive the company's e-commerce strategy. At PhoenixNet, he accelerated the company's expansion into internet marketing software to optimize online internet advertising and customer retention. Prior to PhoenixNet, he founded Momentum Technologies, a marketing company specializing in interactive marketing solutions.

Demtri has a BS in Electrial Engineering from Santa Clara University, an MS in Electrial Engineering and MBA from California Polytechnic State University and a Ph.D in Computer Science from U.C Berkeley

Ashraf H.Mohammed (Alex Hussain) -Director of International Business Operations - Ashraf has extensive experience in e-commerce and database software development. He worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai,Bahrain and India for four years. He was responsible for POS system development in entire eastern province of Saudi Arabia. He was involved in the development of POS system & SOI system for different multinational companies.

He has a BS in Computer Science from Osmania University,India. In addition he did his Post Graduate Diploma from PACE University from USA, and NCC from UK.
